picture a comm where people can post requests or offers. these can be things like art, fic, icons, 1x1 threading, what have you that you guys and gals want. in exchange, those with the resources - credit cards - can gift paid accounts. this would be a comm purely dedicated to acquiring paid services from dw for people who can't buy the accounts themselves.
Here's how it works.
▶ Post your intent in a new entry. Are you a gifter requesting, or are you an offerer sharing your services?
▶ Interested users will reply and discuss detail. Personal/account information should be discussed in private.
▶ Everyone profits.
What's allowed? Beyond the aforementioned art, fic, icons and rping, it's great to be creative. Be careful not to tread into icky legality territory.
This community functions on the good will of its users, so play nice and don't shortchange each other.
RULES
▶ For things like icons, no using fanart without consent of the original artist. This is theft. For the sake of keeping things simple, using official material is OK unless the creator has stated otherwise in public.
TIPS
▶ When posting your request/offer, be specific to avoid confusion. Disagreements should be handled between the involved parties, but if this is apparently not possible, contact

gifting for outside input.▶ Post samples of your works. It helps users get a sense of what you can do.
▶ Tag your post with your username and canon. user: NAME and canon: NAME are the format.
